Stanhope Apartments — a new concept in apartment living in Kew.

Hardel actively manages and looks to maximise returns on each site, making judgement calls on the most appropriate exit strategy. It was determined on this project the the most effective strategic option was to simply ensure completion of the design and development application and then on-sell without doing the actual build-out.

The project comprised five individual mansion style apartment buildings set within a lush landscaped garden setting. Carefully considered to blend harmoniously with the character of the surrounding Kew and Deepdene areas.
